Winemaker Notes: Primarily Barbera and blended with a bit of Primitivo and Cabernet Sauvignon to add complexity and style.  The soft tannins and balanced acidity pairs well with hard pungent cheeses and fatty meats such as duck or ribeye.  Plum, aged leather, and dark-berry preserves are aromas that can be found mid-palate.
