Winemaker Notes: Pale with silver tinges in the color, this wine opens with aromas of lime peel, grapefruit pith, sea breeze, fresh herbs and green grass. It also has notes of raw almond, under-ripe pear and a great minerality. On the palate it is mineral driven again with good acidity and a great mouthfeel for a lighter wine.
